How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every HKD$1 spent in your purchase. You can save up these points and redeem for rewards in the form of coupon codes for your next purchase.
When will my points expire?
Your points are valid till 31st December of each year and reset to zero at 1st January of each year.
How do I use points?
- You can use points to redeem one-off discount coupon code.
- You can use the coupon code during checkout to enjoy a discount.
- Only one coupon code can be used for each transaction.

How do I enroll into the member rewards program?
All customers are enrolled into the member rewards program when they create a LKK Hong Kong Online Shop account. Follow the steps below to enroll
- Click
in the top right corner of the page, then click “Create account”. - Enter your name and use your email address to create a password.
- Open the e-mail from LKK Hong Kong Online Shop that will be titled “Customer Account Confirmation” and click on the link provided to activate your LKK Hong Kong Online Shop account.

Once you click on “Member Rewards” tab, a shopper overlay will appear (See Below). From here, you can see your points balance, how to earn points, how to redeem points, point redemption history, and discount codes.
How do I redeem rewards with my points?
You can go to the "Use Points" page to choose the discount code to redeem. Click "Get Code" to use your points to redeem the discount code reward. We will generate a coupon code so as to apply at the checkout page.
Only one code can be applied at checkout. This exclusive code can be used one time only.
How do I check the reward I redeemed?
You can return to your rewards dashboard and click “My Rewards” at any time. This will allow you to see any rewards you have not used.
How do I know how many points I will earn?
You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend before delivery fee. The points are calculated on the actual spend, after credits and discounts, and are earned the same way for all products.The earned points will be added to your account within 7 business days after delivery.
