What You Will Need

  • Spaghetti 200g
  • Scallops 3-4 pieces
  • Diced onion 15g
  • Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce (OR Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce) 40g
  • Fish sauce 5g
  • Lime juice 5g
  • Sugar 3g
  • Coriander (chopped) a little
  • Coconut milk 3 tbsp
  • Water a little

How to make it

 

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and set aside.

  2. Pan-sear the scallops on both sides until golden, then set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the diced onion until fragrant, then add the spaghetti, scallops and all the seasoning. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.

  4. Tips: You can use Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce, or use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce on its own — both will give you the same delicious result.
