What You Will Need

  • Dried glass noodles 100g
  • Meat (Minced) 100g
  • Coriander (Chopped) 20g
  • Green & red bell peppers (Julienned) 15g
  • Tomato (Diced) 1piece
  • Mint leaves (Chopped) 5g
  • Garlic (Minced) 15g
  • Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce (OR Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce) 5 tbsp

How to make it

 

  1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water until softened, then drain and set aside.

  2. Stir-fry the minced meat with the julienned peppers and minced garlic until cooked, then set aside.

  3. Combine all ingredients with the seasoning and toss well before serving.

  4. Tips: You can use Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce, or use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce on its own — both will give you the same delicious result.
