What You Will Need

  • lamb rack (about 8 pcs.) 450g
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 2 tsp.
  • Red wine 1 cup
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 Tbsp.
  • Dash of rosemary
  • Olive oil 1 Tbsp.

How to make it

 

  1. Combine lamb rack with Marinade.

  2. Pan-fry lamb rack in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden and desired doneness is reached. Keep warm.

  3. Use the same skillet to sauté garlic. Add red wine and simmer until wine reduces to half. Stir in Seasoning Mix and heat through until thickened. Serve lamb rack with the sauce.
