What You Will Need

  • Beef slices 300g
  • Onion 20g (Shredded)
  • Corn kernels 30g
  • Rice 150g
  • Green Onions 5g
  • Lee Kum Kee Garlic Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Black Peppercorn Grinder, a little
  • Butter 15g

How to make it

 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the cooked rice in the centre of the pan and place the sliced onion, beef, and corn around the rice. Add the butter on top and black pepper and chopped scallions.

  2. Pour garlic soy sauce over the ingredients. Mix the ingredient together until the beef is fully cooked before serving.
