What You Will Need

  • Beef Cube 150g
  • Onions 20g
  • Garlic
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken

How to make it

 

  1. Heat pan with a little oil. Add garlic slices and stir-fry until golden and slightly crispy.

  2. Add onion slices, stir-fry briefly until fragrant.

  3. Push the ingredients aside, add beef tenderloin cubes and stir-fry quickly until the surface changes color with slight charring (about 1–2 minutes).

  4. Add 2/3 pack of Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken. Reduce to medium heat, stir-fry all ingredients until the sauce thickens and coats the beef cubes and vegetables (about 2–3 minutes, adjust sauce amount to taste).

  5. Taste before serving and drizzle a little more teriyaki sauce if desired. Ready to serve!
