What You Will Need

  • Crab (around 300g) [cut into pieces] 1 pc
  • Bean Vermicelli [sectioned] 50 g
  • Ginger 3 slices
  • Green Onion [sectioned] 3 pcs
  • Garlic [crushed] 2 cloves
  • Chopped Shallot 1 tbsp
  • Shao Hsing Wine 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch (for dusting) As desired
  • Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Pineapple 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli As desired
  • Coriander As desired
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp Seasoning Mix
  • Water 250 mL

How to make it

 

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain.

  2. Dust crab with cornstarch. Deep fry / pan fry in oil until golden and cooked. Drain and set aside.

  3. Sauté ginger, garlic, green onion, shallot and Satay Sauce with 1 Tbsp oil until frgrant. Add crab and sizzle wine. Stir in Sauce Mix and pineapple and bring it to a boil.

  4. Add bean vermicelli and simmer until sauce is thickened. Transfer to a heated casserole and garnish with red chilli and Chinese parsley.
