How to make it
Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C.
Coat both sides of the chicken fillet evenly with Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Place onion slices at the bottom for extra aroma. (Tip: For better flavor, marinate 10–15 minutes in advance.)
Place in oven/air fryer and bake for 15 minutes. (Tip: Can be baked directly in a foil tray.)
Remove, flip the chicken fillet, and bake for another 5 minutes until the surface is golden and slightly charred.
After baking, brush with a little more Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken if desired. Ready to serve!
