What You Will Need

  • Chicen Fillets 250g
  • Onions 20g
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C.

  2. Coat both sides of the chicken fillet evenly with Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken. Place onion slices at the bottom for extra aroma. (Tip: For better flavor, marinate 10–15 minutes in advance.)

  3. Place in oven/air fryer and bake for 15 minutes. (Tip: Can be baked directly in a foil tray.)

  4. Remove, flip the chicken fillet, and bake for another 5 minutes until the surface is golden and slightly charred.

  5. After baking, brush with a little more Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken if desired. Ready to serve!
