What You Will Need

  • Beef slices 800g
  • Rice 150g
  • Green onions, a little
  • Lee Kum Kee Garlic Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Black Peppercorn Grinder, a little

How to make it

 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Place the sliced beef and add black pepper. Panfry both sides until browned, then set aside.

  2. Add a little garlic soy sauce over the rice. Place the beef on the rice and pour the remaining garlic soy sauce over the beef and put chopped scallions before serving.
