What You Will Need

  • Pork belly (sliced thin)
  • 200g Tofu
  • 1 block Napa cabbage
  • 300g Shimeji mushrooms
  • 100g Chives
  • 30g Cheese to taste
  • Lee Kum Kee Japanese Style Chilli Bean Sauce 35g
  • Lee Kum Kee No Hormones Concentrated Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tbsp Water, 500ml

How to make it

 

  1. Cut the tofu and napa cabbage into small pieces. Cut the chives into sections.

  2. Add the broth ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. And then add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until cooked.

  3. Finally, add cheese on top.

  4. Tip: Feel free to add your favorite ingredients according to personal preference.
