What You Will Need

  • Salmon Fillet 180g
  • Onions 20g
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken

How to make it

 

  1. Heat pan over medium heat, add a little oil, and pan-fry both sides of the salmon fillet until fully cooked (about 2–3 minutes per side).

  2. Add onion slices to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant and softened.

  3. Add 1 pack of Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken (adjust amount according to personal taste).

  4. Reduce to low heat, gently turn the salmon fillet until the sauce thickens and coats the fish. Ready to serve!
