What You Will Need

  • Beef short ribs 250g
  • Onion 20g
  • Carrot 20g
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken

How to make it

 

  1. Heat pan over high heat, add a little oil, and stir-fry onion slices and carrot until softened and fragrant.

  2. Pan‑fry beef ribs the set aside.

  3. Add 1/2 pack of Sauce for Black Pepper Chicken and about 50ml water. Reduce to medium heat, stir gently until the sauce coats the beef short ribs and ingredients. Cook until the sauce thickens and the beef is fully cooked (about 3-5 minutes, adjust sauce amount to taste).

  4. Drizzle a little more sauce for extra flavor. Ready to serve!
