What You Will Need

  • Clams 300g
  • Sea snails 300g
  • Shrimps 8pcs
  • Abalones 8pcs
  • Octopuses (Small) 8pcs
  • Cold Dish Seasoning:
  • Lee Kum Kee Supreme Authentic First Draw Seafood Soy Sauce 200ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 50ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Rice Vinegar 30ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil 50ml
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 30g
  • Sugar 50g
  • Water 250ml
  • Lemon 1pc(Sliced)
  • Coriander 2pcs
  • Chilli Peppers 5pcs(Chopped)
  • Basil 15g(Chopped)

How to make it

 

  1. Cook all seafood until fully cooked, then remove and soak in ice water. Once the seafood is completely frozen, remove it and set it aside.

  2. Slice the lemon, chop the chilli peppers, coriander, basil and set aside.

  3. Mix the cold dish seasoning with the chopped lemon, chilli peppers, coriander, and basil. Then add the seafood and mix well. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

  4. Tip: Place the clams in water and add about a teaspoon of salt, then wait for an hour, the clams will purge sand from their shell.
