What You Will Need

  • 600g clams
  • 300g king oyster mushrooms (cut into thick strips)
  • 30g scallions (cut into sections)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 15g red chili peppers (cut into sections)
  • Some minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Ground Fragrant Sesame Oil
  • 15ml water
  • Some cornstarch water

How to make it

 

  1. Heat up a wok and fry the king oyster mushrooms until golden brown. Set aside.

  2. Heat up the wok again and stir-fry the minced garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant.

  3. Add the clams and some water to the wok and stir-fry until the clams open up. Then, add the king oyster mushrooms and the other seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.

  4. Finally, add the basil and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant.

  5. Tips:Soak the clams in salted water to help remove sand and grit.
