What You Will Need

  • LKK Premium Abalone in Chicken Stock 1 Can
  • Chinese Cabbage (Cut into quarters)
  • Jinhua Ham 40g (Sliced)
  • Dried Shrimp 15g (Soaked)
  • Ginger 2 Slices
  • Sauce of LKK Premium Abalone in Chicken Stock 320g
  • LKK Premium Mushroom Powder 2 Tbsp.
  • Water 300ml

How to make it

 

  1. Soak the Jinhua ham in hot water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in medium heat, saute ginger and dried shrimp. Add in water and premium mushroom powder and bring to boil.

  3. Add in Chinese cabbage and cook over low heat. Drain the cabbage and place it together with Jinhua ham on the plate.

  4. Heat the abalone in abalone sauce. Place abalone on top of the cabbage and pour the sauce over.
