What You Will Need

  • 3 King Oyster Mushrooms
  • 5g Green Onion (chopped)
  • A pinch of White Sesame
  • A pinch of Seaweed Strips
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 15 g
  • Sugar 2 g
  • Water 45 ml
  • Butter 25 g

How to make it

 

  1. Cut the King Oyster Mushrooms in thick slice and make crosshatch markings on both sides.

  2. Heat a pan with oil, add the mushrooms, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

  3. Add butter and the seasoning (oyster sauce, sugar, and water) and cook until the sauce is reduced.

  4. Place the mushrooms on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame, seaweed strips, and chopped green onion.
