What You Will Need

  • Pork Fillets 260g
  • Char Siu Sauce
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Honey Garlic Spare Ribs

How to make it

 

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 200°C.

  2. Roast for 15–20 mins.Place the pork collar directly in the oven/air fryer and bake for 20 minutes. (Tip: Can be baked directly in a foil tray.)

  3. Remove, flip it over, brush both sides evenly with honey, then return to bake until the surface is golden and slightly charred and the honey is caramelized.

  4. After baking, brush with a little more honey if desired. Ready to serve!
