What You Will Need

  • Fresh fish fillet 250g (cut in pieces),
  • Black mushroom 50g (shredded),
  • Preserved mustard 40g (shredded),
  • Pork 80g (shredded)
  • Salt ¼ tsp,
  • Sugar ¼ tsp,
  • Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Grinder a little,
  • Oil ¼ tsp

How to make it

 

  1. Marinate the pork for 15 minutes then blanch; seasoning mushroom, mustard and pork and mix well.

  2. Arrange fish fillet on the plate and add the ingredients from step 1 on top. Steam for 6 minutes.

  3. Pour 2-3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood and hot oil. Read to serve.

  4. Tips : Rinse preserved mustard with water can reduce the salty taste.
