What You Will Need

  • 600g prawns
  • 2 Thai basil
  • 10g minced garlic
  • 10g shallots, finely chopped
  • 10g ginger, sliced
  • 1 red chili
  • 10g Supreme Authentic First Draw Soy Sauce
  • 10g Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 5g Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 5g Sugar

How to Cook

  1. Clean the river prawns thoroughly. Make a shallow cut along the underside of each prawn and remove the digestive vein. Drain well and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry the river prawns until they turn red and become lightly aromatic. Remove and set aside.

  3. Reheat the wok with a little oil. Sauté the minced garlic, shallots, ginger slices, and red chili until fragrant.

  4. Return the prawns to the wok and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

  5. Add the Soy Sauce, Premium Oyster Sauce, sugar, and chicken powder. Toss well until the prawns are evenly coated with the sauce.

  6. Add the basil and stir-fry briefly over high heat until its aroma is released.
