What You Will Need

  • LEE KUM KEE Abalone in Red Braising Sauce with Dried Scallop 1 pack (Diced)
  • Mushroom 4 pcs (Soaked & Diced)
  • Soaked Snow Fungus 50g (Diced)
  • Kale 100g (Diced)
  • Carrot 80g (Diced)
  • Red Date 50g (Halved & Deseeded)
  • Water 200ml
  • Cooked Rice 600g (about 3 bowls)
  • Corn Starch Water 4 tbsp.
  • Sauce of LEE KUM KEE Abalone in Red Braising Sauce with Dried Scallop 4 tbsp.
  • LEE KUM KEE Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • LEE KUM KEE Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp.
  • LEE KUM KEE Premium Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp.
  • LEE KUM KEE Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 tsp.
  • LEE KUM KEE Pure Black Sesame Oil 1 tsp.
  • Sugar 4 tsp.

How to make it

 

  1. Boil mushroom, snow fungus, kale, carrot and red date, drain after boiled.

  2. Heat the oil, saute ingredients in step 1 until fragrant. Add in water and seasonings and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Add in abalone, sauce of LEE KUM KEE Abalone in Red Braising Sauce with Dried Scallop and corn starch water.

  4. Finally add the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
