What You Will Need

  • Tofu 1 block
  • Fried Powder 40g
  • Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce (OR Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce) 4tbsp

How to make it

 

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes, coat evenly with the fried powder, then deep-fry in hot oil until golden (or pan-fry in a skillet).

  2. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce for dipping.

  3. Tips: You can also cook this in an air fryer for a quicker and easier option. You can use Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Chilli Sauce, or use Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chilli Sauce on its own — both will give you the same delicious result.
