What You Will Need

  • Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Abalone Sauce 1 Can (Sliced)
  • Egg 4pcs (Beaten)
  • Water 100ml
  • Spring Onion 10g (Chopped)
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Mushroom Powder 1 tsp.

How to make it

 

  1. Add water and seasonings into the egg and mix well. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve into a plate.

  2. Fill water and place a steam rack into the pot, bring the water to boil over high heat.

  3. Steam egg mixture over high heat for 2 minutes.

  4. Place the abalone on top of the egg and steam for another 2 minutes. Turn the heat off and leave for 3 minutes with lid closed.

  5. Pour the sauce mix over and sprinkle with spring onions.
