What You Will Need

  • LKK Abalone in Red Braising Sauce with Dried Scallop 2 Cans
  • Scallop 150g
  • Shrimp 150g
  • Coral Mussel 100g
  • Crab Claw 100g
  • LKK XO Sauce 1 Tbsp.
  • LKK Minced Garlic 1 Tbsp.
  • Ginger 20g (Sliced)
  • Scallion 150g (Beveled)
  • LKK Premium Mushroom Powder 1½ Tsp.
  • LKK White Peppercorn Powder Some
  • Corn Starch 1 Tsp.

How to make it

 

  1. Marinate scallop, shrimp and coral mussel for 20 minutes.

  2. Boil shrimp and coral mussel, drain after boiled.

  3. Soak the scallop and crab claw in boiling water, drain after cooked.

  4. Heat oil in medium heat, sauté XO Sauce until fragrant. Add minced garlic, ginger and scallion and stir well.

  5. Add scallop, shrimp, coral mussel, crab claw, abalone and all seasonings, then stir well.
