What You Will Need

  • Okra 200g (Sectioned)
  • Minced Pork 100g
  • LKK Minced Garlic 1½ Tsp.
  • LKK Minced Ginger 1 Tsp.
  • Red Chilli Pepper 10g (Shredded)
  • LKK No Hormones* Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder 2 Tsp.
  • LKK Pure Black Sesame Oil Some
  • Lee Kum Kee Shaoxing Huadiao Wine ½ Tbsp.
  • Sugar Some

How to make it

 

  1. Add ½ tsp. Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder into the boiling water. Cook the okra for 10 seconds and drain.

  2. Heat the oil over medium heat, stir-fry minced pork and set aside.

  3. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in okra, red chilli pepper and minced pork and stir well.

  4. Add in seasonings, stir-fry over high heat.
