What You Will Need

  • Beef 350 g [sliced]
  • Onion 50 g [cut into pieces]
  • Bell pepper 50 g [cut into pieces]
  • Red chilli 10 g [cut into pieces]
  • Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Hot & Spicy Sauce 1 ½ tbsp.

How to make it

 

  1. Stir-fry onion , bell pepper and red chili in 2 tbsp oil.

  2. Add beef and stir-fry until done. Stir in 1 ½ tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Hot & Spicy Stir-fry Sauce and heat through.

  3. Tips: Add ½ tbsp Sichuan Hot & Spicy Stir-fry Sauce more for extra spicy flavor.
